The Silvair Gateway connects Bluetooth mesh lighting networks that have been commissioned using the Silvair Commissioning tools to the Silvair cloud, enabling gateway scheduling, energy and occupancy monitoring, remote monitoring and control, and emergency lighting test (ELT) result reporting. It runs a Linux-based operating system with secure boot, an encrypted file system, and automatic security updates, and provides low-latency transmission of network, luminaire, and sensor status data to the Silvair cloud. The gateway processes up to approximately 450 Bluetooth mesh messages per second and supports up to approximately 200 Bluetooth mesh devices.
